How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your pet's goodies to you as fast as possible! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@barkleyandco.store. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save your favorite products, and speed up future purchases.

We want both you and your pet to be completely satisfied! If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return (typically 5-10 business days after we receive the item), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
