Order Cancellation
Before Your Order Ships
We process orders quickly to get your pet's products to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
How to Request Cancellation:
- Email: support@barkleyandco.store
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
Important Timeline:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
- Once an order enters our shipping process, it cannot be cancelled
- The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of cancelling your order before it ships
If Your Order Qualifies for Cancellation
If we can successfully cancel your order before it ships:
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel it. However, you have the following options:
Option 1: Refuse Delivery
- You can refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery
- The package will be returned to us
- Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable
Option 2: Return After Delivery
- Accept the delivery and initiate a return according to our Return Policy
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items
Order Modifications
Changing Your Order
If you need to modify your order (change items, quantities, or shipping address), please contact us immediately at support@barkleyandco.store.
We can modify orders if:
- The order has not yet been processed for shipping
- The requested items are in stock
- The modification is received within a few hours of placing the order
We cannot modify orders if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The processing has been completed
Partial Cancellations
If you want to cancel only certain items from your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate partial cancellations if the order hasn't been fully processed.

- Full name on the order
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
Response Time: We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 24 hours during business days. However, please note that orders may be processed before we can action your cancellation request.
Refund Process
Approved Cancellations:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after cancellation approval
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
Shipping Charges:
- If your order is cancelled before shipping, shipping charges will be fully refunded
- If the order has shipped and you refuse delivery, original shipping charges are non-refundable
Important Notes
Processing Speed: We pride ourselves on fast order processing to get products to your pets quickly. This means there is a limited window for cancellations. We recommend contacting us within 2-4 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel.
Business Days: Cancellation requests received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed during these times may still be processed.
Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Incomplete or incorrect information
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and email notification explaining the reason.
